Tally Planner — Licence (Personal Use)

This licence is the agreement between you and D.R. Lensing for the Tally Planner files you bought. By opening or printing the files you accept it.

1. What you may do

Print the pages as many times as you like, on any printer and at any size, for yourself, your household or your classroom.
Edit the SVG files for your own use (change labels, hours, categories or spacing) and print the edited pages under the same terms.
Keep copies of the files on your own devices and in your own cloud storage.

2. What you may not do

Resell, share, give away, post for download or otherwise redistribute the files (PDF or SVG), edited or not.
Use the pages, or parts of them, inside a product, service, template, course or publication that you sell or distribute, whether printed or digital.
Claim the design as your own.

A licence for commercial use (for example printing the pages inside a planner you sell) is not included; ask the Licensor through the store page.

3. Ownership and the AI-made note

The pages and the files are owned by D.R. Lensing. They were designed as code by an AI coding assistant directed inside the Licensor's project and generated by a script; no stock templates or clip art were used, and the titles are set from an original typeface by the same Licensor. This is disclosed on the product page, in the footer of every page and here. The Licensor makes no promise about how any jurisdiction treats copyright in AI-made designs.

4. Warranty and liability

The files are provided "as is". The Licensor does not promise that they fit any particular purpose or printer. To the extent the law allows, the Licensor is not liable for any damage arising from their use beyond refunding the purchase price.

5. Term

This licence lasts for as long as you keep to it. If you break it, it ends automatically and you must delete your copies. Sections 2, 3 and 4 survive termination.
